Terms of Service

    Last updated November 2, 2026

    1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Thrivane website, online assessment, patient portal and related services (the “Services”), operated by Thrivane Health LLC (“Thrivane,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Telehealth Consent and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

    2. Thrivane is not a medical provider

Thrivane is a technology and administrative platform. We do not practice medicine or pharmacy. Medical services are provided by independent, licensed healthcare providers (“Providers”) through affiliated medical practices, and prescriptions are filled by independent, state-licensed pharmacies. Providers use their own independent medical judgment. Thrivane does not control, and is not responsible for, any clinical decision.

    Emergencies

The Services are not for emergencies. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

    3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, located in a U.S. state where the Services are available at the time of your visit, and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide complete, accurate and current information, including your full medical history, and to update it if anything changes. A Provider may decline to treat you, request more information or require a video visit.

    4. Prescriptions are not guaranteed

Completing an assessment or paying for a membership does not guarantee a prescription. A Provider decides whether treatment is medically appropriate, which medication and dose, and whether to continue, change or stop treatment. Results vary from person to person.

    5. Compounded medications

Some medications offered through the Services are compounded by state-licensed pharmacies for an individual patient. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness or quality. Your Provider will discuss whether a compounded medication is right for you.

    6. Your account

Keep your login details secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away at admin@thrivane.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

    7. Memberships, billing and renewal

Memberships are offered on monthly, 3-month and 6-month plans. Prices are shown before you pay and are the same at every dose of your prescribed medication. By choosing a plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the plan price and to renew it automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We will remind you before a renewal. Prices may change for future billing periods with advance notice. Refunds and cancellations are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

    8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services, including by providing false information, using another person’s identity, reselling or sharing medication, interfering with the Services, or copying our content or design.

    9. Our content

The Thrivane name, logo, website design, text and images are owned by Thrivane Health LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Product images may be illustrative.

    10. Disclaimers

The Services and website content are provided “as is” for general information and do not replace advice from your Provider. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrivane disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

    11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrivane will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for medical decisions made by independent Providers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid Thrivane in the 12 months before the claim. Some states do not allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.

    12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Thrivane against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms or any inaccurate information you provide.

    13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at admin@thrivane.com and try to resolve it informally for 30 days.

    14. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and for material changes we will notify you by email. Continuing to use the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
