Privacy Policy

    Last updated November 3, 2026

    The short version

    Our commitment

We never sell your personal or health information. Your medical answers are used only to provide your care, stay inside our secure telehealth platform, and are never shared with advertisers.

    1. What we collect

    Information you give us

    Information collected automatically

    2. Your health information

Health information you share in the assessment and patient portal is protected health information (PHI). It is created and held for your Providers, who are covered by HIPAA, and processed on our telehealth platform under HIPAA business associate agreements. Your Provider’s Notice of Privacy Practices describes how they use and protect your medical information and your rights, and is available in your patient portal or by request.

We do not send your assessment answers, conditions, medications or treatment choices to advertising or social media companies.

    3. How we use information

    4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

    5. Cookies and advertising

Our marketing pages use cookies and similar tools to measure visits and the performance of our ads. These tools may record that a visit, sign-up or purchase happened, but they do not receive your health answers or treatment details, and they are not used on your medical assessment answers. You can control cookies in your browser and through our cookie settings.

    6. Your choices

    7. California and other state rights

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct it, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share it), to limit use of sensitive information, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Email admin@thrivane.com to make a request. We will verify your identity before responding.

Consumer health data (Washington, Nevada, Connecticut and similar laws)

Some states give you specific rights over consumer health data, meaning information that identifies your past, present or future physical or mental health. We collect it only to provide the Services you ask for (your assessment, Provider review, prescriptions, shipping and support). We share it only with the recipients listed in section 4, for those purposes, and we never sell it. You can ask to see it, ask for a list of who received it, delete it, or withdraw your consent by emailing admin@thrivane.com. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our response. Records your Provider or pharmacy must keep by law are kept as required.

    8. Security and retention

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is completely secure. We keep information as long as needed to provide the Services and as required by law, including medical record retention rules.

    9. Children

The Services are only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

    10. Changes and contact
